5-Star Concierge Experience
Perri worked for five years internationally across five 5-star hotels, including Four Seasons and two Ritz-Carlton properties. That experience shaped her understanding of luxury service, guest anticipation, discretion, tone, and the power of small details.
Multilingual Hospitality
Perri speaks English, Italian, French, Arabic, and conversational Spanish, allowing House of Welcome to communicate naturally with a wide range of international guests, owners, and partners.
5-Star Airbnb Superhost Experience
Perri operated across 12 Airbnb properties over four years as a 5-star Superhost in Las Vegas, Nevada and Silicon Valley, California. She understands the real mechanics of STR hosting: guest communication, reviews, cleaning standards, pricing pressure, check-ins, damage prevention, listing accuracy, and service recovery.
